We provide transparent, upfront billing for all mobile maintenance. Because you deserve to know upfront not at the end.
Initial Call
Service Call plus 1st Hour
Serice Call- $75.00
First Hour- $150.00
Total for service for the 1st Hour= $225.00
**This will be billed over the phone before the technician heads to your location**
The $75.00 Service Call Fee covers travel to your RV anywhere within our standard service area up to 50 miles.If your RV is over our 50 mile radius there will be an additional fee for travel that will be charged at $0.75 per mile.
Any time past the first hour will be an additional charge of $150.00 per hour.
What Happens Next
Once the problem has been diagnosed, you'll receive a separate estimate for any additional parts and labor needed to complete the repair. You'll know what the repair cost will be before moving forward with any repairs. Once the repairs have been approved by you the customer we will start with the repairs.
**All Parts must be paid for by customer before ordering unless provided by technician on-site assessment**
Veteran's Discount
Veterans will receive a 25% discount on labor.

How are travel fees calculated?
Travel fees are based on the distance from our current service hub to your location. We provide a clear estimate upfront based on mileage to ensure there are no surprises when we arrive at your RV.
How are parts handled?
We procure high-quality OEM or superior aftermarket parts. Parts are billed separately from labor, and we provide a full breakdown of costs. If you have already purchased parts, we can install them, though labor-only warranties apply.
